Description

1. The subject-matter of the Contract is the drawing up of design documentation for construction purposes under the name: ‘Modernisation of the DN500 Adamów Włocławek and DN250 Turek – Uniejów pipelines (construction of two crossings under the sausage river and the construction of the lira of crossing the river (watercourse) sprouts and the elimination of above-ground exceedances)’;
The 2nd detailed description of the subject-matter of the Contract is set out in Annex 1 and Technical Conditions No OP-DL.4131.112.2014/1, which constitute Annex 1A to the ToR;
3. the names given in the descriptions are not intended to infringe the principles of equal treatment and fair competition, but are merely intended to clarify the qualitative and technological expectations of the contracting authority;
4. where specific standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems are referred to in Annexes 1 and 1.A to the SWIZ. 4 The Act allows solutions equivalent to those described in the standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, including equivalent documents.
