Description

The purpose of the procurement was to procure a service package for the signage system for the Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county as a framework agreement. The aim of the tendering process was to find two (2) contractors for the framework agreement. Based on the competitive tendering process, the first-placed service provider would have acted as the primary service provider for the wellbeing services county. If necessary, the customer would have been able to use the second-placed service provider with this invitation to tender and its appendices on the terms and conditions mentioned. The contracting entity would have been able to select only one (1) service provider for the framework agreement if one tender was received or if the tenders had not met the requirements of the invitation to tender. The service providers would have accepted the signs in accordance with the manual for tendering and assured that they would have been able to produce all the signs in accordance with the manual in accordance with the given instructions. The service provider(s) would have been involved in the definition, planning, manufacture and installation of the signs to be purchased. In addition, the customer would have been able to order signs that are not described in the guidance manual for the customer's changing needs. Signs would have been acquired for different purposes for indoor and outdoor use. The service provider should have been able to produce signage in Finnish, English and Swedish. The translations would have been done by the client. The contracts would have been concluded with the service providers for a four (4) year contract period. The contracts could have been terminated at the earliest 24 months after the start of the contract.
