Description

Provision of telephone equipment for SDIS 33.
This contract is a framework agreement within the meaning of Directive 2004/18/EC, but a contract with order forms within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code (Decree No 2006-975 of 1.8.2006, as amended).
In accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will give rise to an order form contract with no minimum amount and no maximum amount:
For information purposes, the following financial volumes were carried out in previous years:
Year 2008 = EUR 24 502;
Year 2009 = EUR 23 800;
Year 2010 = EUR 13 800;
Year 2011 to 30-6 = EUR 7 070.
The contract is a contract with order forms awarded for a period from 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012.
It shall be expressly renewable 3 times, each calendar year, for a maximum period of 4 years and up to 31.12.2015.
The contractor may not refuse to renew the contract in accordance with Article 16 of the Public Procurement Code.
