In accordance with the prescriptions, conclusions and recommendations of the Energy Efficiency Audit Report and the constructive audit and the source data of the respective lots, to develop work projects for the renovation of the residential building stock. The project should contain the following parts: ‘Architectural’, ‘Constructive’, ‘Electro’, ‘Water Supply and Sewerage – Opinion’, ‘Energy Efficiency’, ‘Fire Safety’, ‘PBZ’, ‘PUSO’ and others necessary for the issuance of a building permit. The work project should be completed in 4 (four) copies - explanatory note, working drawings and details, bill of quantities and specification of the main construction products to be used.
