Description

The purpose of the public contract is to provide 31 units of electric minibuses in the context of the project, ‘ELECTRICE minibuses FOR ELEVII OF MARAMUREȘ’ with a capacity of 16 + 1 seats.
The contracting authority (Maramureș County Council) as an eligible beneficiary of the Call for projects under the title of electric minibuses for pupils, financed by the Romanian National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the financing line relating to Investment 10: Development of the network of green schools and purchase of green minibuses in component C15: Education, Reform 6 and the Financing Contract, purchase electric minibuses with a capacity of 16 + 1 seats in order to equip pre-university schools operating in the eligible municipalities of the county. The aim of this investment is the green transition, which is at the heart of the European Union’s agenda for the next decade, and education systems play an important role in this endeavour.
Investing in electric minibuses for pupils will help to meet the targets set for achieving climate and digital indicators.
The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests will be made within the deadline set out in Section I of the Data Sheet, i.e. 18 days before the closing date for submission of tenders.
