Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów chirurgicznych do chirurgii miękkiej wraz z dzierżawą generatora. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera arkusz cenowy (zał. nr 1a do SWZ). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. Podane ilości są szacunkowym zapotrzebowaniem i służą do obliczenia ceny oferty (tj. ustalenia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia wykonawcy). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo rezygnacji z zakupu części asortymentu wynikającej z braku lub zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania.
