D-Meißen: Construction-site supervision services
The contract notice consisted of 4 lots.
— Lot I: local construction supervision of transport installations (earth and superstructure, protective guards, marking and signage) and civil engineering structures (emitter basins);
— Lot II: local construction supervision for civil engineering works with a valley bridge (bridges, noise protection wall, leaching pool);
— Lot III: local construction supervision for civil engineering structures without a valley bridge (bridges, support structures, rain reservoirs);
— Lot IV: Higher Works Management (LPH. 8) and site support and documentation (LPH. 9) for traffic installations (earth and superstructure, guard rails, marking and signposting) and civil engineering works (valve bridge, bridges, noise barrier walls, support structures, rain retention and leaching pools).
Requests to participate were to be submitted separately by lot in separate booklets.
It was foreseen that each tenderer would be responsible for only one lot. In the event that a tenderer submitted the most economically advantageous tender for several lots, it was awarded the lot with the highest fee.
The services must be provided in German.
Performance model in accordance with HOAl Sections 46, 42 of the LPH, 8 and 9 and HQAI Annex 2, points 2.9 and 2.8.8, and model texts 6.10 and 6.50 in accordance with HVA F-StB edition 2006, version 2010.
