The subject of the contract is: ‘Performance of periodic deliveries of food products made by purchase under previously submitted applications for the needs of Chair No 268 of the Students’ Dorms and Canteens of the Technical University of Sofia’, under lots: Lot No 1 ‘Supply of milk and milk products’; Lot No 2 ‘Supply of meat products and fish’; Lot No 3 ‘Supply of fruit and vegetables’; Lot 4 ‘Supply of grocery and canned food’; Lot 5 ‘Supply of bread’; Lot 6: ‘Supply of pastries and cakes’; Food products supplied: they must be accompanied at each delivery by a commercial or other document containing an exhaustive list of the goods by assortment, their quantity, a batch number for each of them, as well as other data, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements for the type of products concerned; they must be accompanied on each delivery by a label indicating the content and quantity of the ingredients contained therein; should have a good commercial appearance; each delivered product shall have a shelf-life at the date of delivery and a sufficient residual shelf-life for consumption of not less than 70 (seventy) per cent of the total shelf-life declared by the manufacturer, with the exception of products under Lot 3.
