Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the collection, transport and handling in a recovery or recycling operation of waste of code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11. The waste will be prepared for collection in the form of a compressed cube, the dimensions of the bale are approx. 100x100x75 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approx. 350-550 kg. The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be a maximum of 1100 Mg, and the minimum amount of waste collected will be 900 Mg. Waste generated in the process of manual and automatic segregation of the above-set fraction > 80 mm, (magnetic and optopneumatic separator) from unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15). In the waste with code 19 12 12 there will be inclusions in the form of: waste paper, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, bio-waste, textiles. Collection of waste will take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 17.00 in the amount specified by the Ordering Party, sent by e-mail or telephone to the Contractor's representative. Waste stored in the square, without a canopy. Quantities of waste to be collected will be notified at least one day in advance. The daily minimum amount of waste ready to be transferred is approx. 40 Mg, the maximum amount of waste will not exceed 150 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right, after prior agreement with the Contractor, to indicate other dates and times of collection. The collection of waste will take place from the premises of the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o., ul. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63 - 400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. The loading of waste is the responsibility of the customer. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the legalized weight of the Contracting Authority, located in the Contracting Authority's plant. The amount of waste collected will be confirmed each time in the BDO system by means of Waste Transfer Cards and a weight certificate. These documents will be the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
