Inhalt des Dienstleistungsvertrages ist die Verarbeitung der von der BAHN-BKK aus einem Outputmanagement-System zum Druck gelieferten Daten, die Produktion der ausgehenden Schreiben, die Versandvorbereitung (Zuführung von Beilagen), die Kuvertierung, die Frankierung (DV-Freimachung), die Trennung/Sortierung nach Formaten sowie die frühzeitige, taggleiche Übergabe der Briefsendungen an einen Postkonsolidierer, wobei die bundesweite Zustellung am nächsten Tag (E+1) erfolgen muss. Die Postzustellung für die BAHN-BKK erfolgt durch die Deutsche Post AG.
