Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of dialysates and accessories for renal replacement techniques for paediatrics to the Employer's headquarters (Cracow, Poland). Golden Autumn 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1A to the nin. SWZ, and the rental service of a device for performing continuous renal replacement techniques in paediatrics and having the ability to carry out predilution haemodiafiltration, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1B to the Nin. SWZ. 2. The remaining terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3A to the SWZ and Annex 3B to the SWZ. 3. Tenders that do not have the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
