Description

The subject of this contract is the provision of regular transport services for patients and residents of the Nancy Psychotherapeutic Centre (CPN).
On the one hand, patients, adults and children, who are hospitalised as part of the therapeutic family care system:
— adults: Regular transport to and/or return between the host family’s residence and the various hospital facilities (day-care centres, medical and psychological centres, etc.) where the patient is followed;
— children: Regular transport to and/or return between the host family’s residence and/or the various hospital facilities (day nurses, medical and psychological centres, etc.) and/or the school where the child is attending (nursery school, primary school, college)
... On the other hand, residents of the Specialised Reception House:
— scheduled outward and/or return transport between the family residence and the ‘Les Jardins d’embanie’ mas (1 rue du Docteur Archambault, 54520 Laxou).
The contract is not divided into lots. Variants are not permitted.
the Contract shall be enforceable from 1.1.2014, or from the date of its notification, whichever is later, until 31.12.2014.
