Description

The activity of collecting and transporting includes, but is not limited to, events such as: Delivery and placement of the necessary number of containers for collection of household waste in the settlements of the municipality; Collection and transportation of waste to treatment facilities and installations specified by the Contracting Authority; Disinfection of household waste containers with disinfectant provided and at the expense of the Contractor. The waste that is serviced and is the subject of the contract is household waste, which is obtained as a result of the life of people at home, administrative, social and public buildings, as well as waste from commercial sites, craft activities, recreation and entertainment sites, when they do not have the character of industrial and hazardous waste and waste subject to separate collection, and at the same time their quantity or composition will not prevent their treatment together with household waste. The estimated value of the contract includes a possible one-off renewal of the contract for a period of 3 (three) months, in accordance with Article 21(1) of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 6 of the PPZOP, in the event that a new procedure for selecting a contractor for the performance of waste collection and disposal activities has not been completed by the date of expiry of the contract.
