Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a long-term bank loan. The scope of the procurement covers:
Granting a long-term loan of up to PLN 2 500 000,00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand 00/100) to finance the budget deficit under the terms of the loan agreement.
The loan will be used in tranches.The loan will run from the date of conclusion of the contract until 30.11.2026.
Availability of credit – from the date of signature of the contract until 31 December 2011. The repayment of the capital instalments will take place from 30.11.2012 to 30.11.2026 on an annual basis (15 instalments of capital).
The contracting authority reserves the possibility of early repayment of the credit without incurring additional costs and the need to inform the Contractor of its intention to do so. In the event of early repayment, interest will be charged for the period of actual use of the credit.
The security for the loan will be a blank promissory note together with a promissory note.
