Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services – psychiatric examinations for the needs of the MPC in Bydgoszcz and other units of the Police of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, taking into account the scope and quantity of medical services provided, was specified by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ), whereby the indicated quantities are estimated and the actual amount of services will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, but not less than 50% of the contract value. 3. The subject of the contract includes the 24-hour provision of medical services in relation to detainees, escorted by officers, with the proviso that they will be performed 7 days a week - 24 hours a day. 4. The facility where medical services will be performed must be located within the administrative boundaries of the Bydgoszcz county or the city of Bydgoszcz. 5. Treatment of detainees does not fall within the scope of the proceedings in question and is carried out on the basis of public health insurance. 6.
