MARKET DISTRIBUTION The subject of the market dialogue is the railway and construction plan for the Hosantie loading point, which is in preparation, and the acquisition of Santarada for the needs of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The background of the project is Vantaa's urban development needs, with the aim of closing Santarada and implementing a new loading point on Hosantie. The current loading operations are located at Santarada in Hakkila. The aim is to design a replacement loading site for Santarada (railway and construction plan), a new location in Havukoski next to Hosantie on the main track. PRELIMINARY TIME The subscriber's target schedule for the implementation of the market dialogue and procurement is: - Market dialogue November 2025 - Publication of the call for tenders November 2025 - Offer period ends December 2025 - Procurement decision January 2026 ----- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE NOTIFICATION This notice is a pre-notification. This notice does not invite tenders. The notification also includes attachments that can be found through the Offer Service. Suppliers interested in the procurement have the opportunity to engage in a technical dialogue on the procurement with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to conduct a general dialogue on the subject matter of the contract and its definition. Technical dialogue does not bind the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency to carry out the procurement. In addition, the technical dialogue does not bind the supplier to participate in any tendering procedure. Help: The supplier must read the attached plan presentation material and answer the questions at the end of the presentation material.
