Ofertantii interesati pot solicita clarificari pana cel tarziu cu 20 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor. A.C. raspunde tuturor clarificarilor primite in termen, cu cel putin 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.
