Description

Доставка на строителни материали за нуждите на Община Кирково със срок за изпълнение на поръчката от 36 (тридесет и шест) месеца от датата на сключване на договора.
Поръчката ще се изпълнява на територията на община Кирково.
Доставките ще се извършват след получена писмена заявка, изпратена по e-mail или Fax на посочен от изпълнителя адрес, от упълномощено от възложителя длъжностно лице, в рамките на установеното за възложителя работно време.
Формата на заявката ще бъде изготвена по установен от страните образец (при сключване на договора), а срока на доставка е не повече от 5 (пет) работни дни, като дните за доставка се броят от деня, следващ деня на заявката и изтичат до края на работното време на възложителя на съответния ден. Работните дни се определят съобразно работното време на възложителя. Всяка доставка се извършва със стокова разписка в два екземпляра, по един за всяка от страните.
