Description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 3 brand new specialized floating platforms for the implementation of training and exercises in water and diving rescue on the terms described in the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as "swz") intended for 3 contracting authorities. Each platform consists of 8 metal floating inflatables connected to each other with a total area of at least 70 m2. A social container is placed on the platform. The platform is equipped with the necessary additional equipment. The order is divided into 3 parts, each of which includes the delivery of one complete platform. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of lots. Lot 1 of the contract: Specialized floating platform for training and exercises in water and diving rescue - 1 pcs. Lot 2 of the contract: Specialized floating platform for training and exercises in water and diving rescue - 1 pcs. Lot 3 of the contract: Specialized floating platform for training and exercises in water and diving rescue - 1 pcs. 2. The terms of delivery and performance of the contract are set out in the model contract - Annex 2 to the Agreement. 4. Pursuant to the agreement concluded on 7 April 2025 on the implementation of the project ‘Increasing the effectiveness of conducting long-term rescue operations - stage II’, the West Pomeranian Provincial Commander of the PSP in accordance with Article 38(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EC) No 1408/71 is required to carry out rescue operations. 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law Act shall act in its own name and as a proxy for the joint award of a contract to: the West Pomeranian Provincial Commander of the PSP, the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Provincial Commander of the PSP and the Podkarpackie Provincial Commander of the PSP.
