Description

Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock, vertreten durch das Tiefbauamt plant ab April 2021 die Mecklenburger Allee vom bereits fertig gestellten Teil bis zum Anschluss an die Ortsumgehung Elmenhorst zu verlängern.
Es sind die Straße zu bauen, die Straßenentwässerung über Straßenabläufe und neu RW-Kanäle herzustellen und Bäume als Allee zu pflanzen. Eine Waldfläche ist aufzuforsten. Ein teilweise parallel verlaufender Geh-Radweg ist herzustellen. Der Elmenhorster Weg ist zum Geh-Radweg umzubauen. Es sind 2 Bushaltestellen am Fahrbahnrand herzustellen. Es sind neue Straßenleuchten aufzustellen und vorhandene auf LED umzurüsten.
Das Vorhaben befindet sich im B-Plan Nr. 02.WA149 „Auf dem Kalverradd“ der HRO.
Vorliegend werden die Lose 1: Bauoberleitung – örtliche Bauüberwachung und 2: Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination ausgeschrieben.
