la présente opération concerne les travaux d'extension / restructuration de l'ehpad " La Renaudié " avec : - une conception permettant de proposer un lieu de vie agréable et confortable pour les résidents et leur famille ;- l'Extension et restructuration du bâtiment central existant pour se conformer aux diverses réglementations en vigueur ou à venir : o Les directives de l'arrêté du 26 avril 1999 fixant le contenu du Cahier des Charges de la Convention Pluriannuelle prévue à l'article L313.12 du Code de l'action Sociale et des Familles ;o La réglementation relative à l'accessibilité des Personnes à Mobilité Réduite et Handicapées ;o La réglementation Sécurité Incendie ;o Le code du travail pour le personnel.- La création d'unités d'hébergements qui seront axées sur de véritables lieux de vie domestiques ("Comme à la maison") ;- une réflexion de cohérence d'ensemble prenant en compte l'ensemble des composantes de l'établissement ;
