Description

The purpose of this public contract is to entrust a service provider with the management of Constructys' incoming mail. It shall be awarded in accordance with the open tender procedure in accordance with Article L.2124-2 and Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 and R.2161-4 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a single-awarded framework agreement which will be executed as and when order forms are issued, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It is concluded from the date of its notification, but the mail handling services will not actually start until 2 March 2026 for a period of 24 months. The period between the date of notification of the public contract and 2 March 2026 will make it possible to organise the implementation of the services and ensure an effective start of the processing of incoming mail from 2 March 2026.
