Produsele ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate sunt destinate a fi utilizate de catre sectiile Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Sf.Apostol Andrei Constanta 1 Pachet seturi de campuri sterile chirurgicale 2 Pachet materiale sterile obstretica 3 Pachet set campuri sterile ortopedie 4 Pachet set campuri sterile urologie 5 Pachet pad absorbant ( pad absorbant steril+ pad absorbant nesteril) 6 Traverse antimicrobiene 45x115cm(30folii/set) 7 Pachet huse protectie aparate de imagistica 8 Pachet campuri angiografie 9 Set steril campuri chirurgie cardiovasculara 10 Camp steril oftalmologie 11 Camp operator steril 100x 150 cm 12 Set chirurgical pentru neurochirurgie Produsele ce fac obiectul prezentului caiet de sarcini sunt absolut indispensabile asigurarii desfasurarii actului medical, motiv pentru care achizitionarea acestor produse este imperios necesara pentru realizarea unui act medical de succes. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale Acordului Cadru sunt evidentiate in caietul de Sarcini. Cantitatea celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare lot este evidentiata in caietul de Sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor . In conformitate cu prevederile art.161 din legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informtiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.
