Description

The subject of the contract is to ensure the supply of electricity to the contracting authority’s delivery points and delivery points to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development’s sectoral organisations, including transport, distribution and other regulated services, as well as the assumption of responsibility for the deviation, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution system operator, with a guarantee of supply in the estimated agreed quantity of 66 840.54 MWh for the duration of the implementation of the framework agreement.
