1. The subject-matter of the contract is – in accordance with the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 2006, No 156, item 1118 as amended) – investor supervision service for the Grotniki Forest District, relating to construction works for:
— Construction of the ‘Głowno’ natural retention reservoir consisting of two segments in the Główno forestry sector, plot 362/4 of the Kalinów district of Stryków, section. 135 a, d, 137 c, f, total area of the reservoir 1.28 ha, (I segment 0.74 ha, II segment 0.54 ha) surface area of total water 0.94 ha (I segment 0.54 ha, II segment 0.40 ha), average water depth 1.60 m, average tank depth 0.97 m, tank capacity 9 111 m³ (I segment 5 333 m³, II segment 3 778 m³), row of normal impounding level 134.40 mm, e.g. segment I, rows of normal impound level 135.30 m – e.g. segment II, ordinates of the bottom of the tank 133,06 – 133.55 m e.g. segment I, rows of the bottom of the container 134,25-134.48 m e.g. second segment with squeeze, displanting of excavated material and grass sowing,
— Construction of the ‘Boruta’ natural retention reservoir in the Zgierz forestry sector, plot 187 of Z-121 m. Zgierz and 256/4 of Z-130 m. Zgierz, branch 331 b, h, i, tank area 0.39 ha, water mirror area 0.35 ha, average water depth 1.15 m, maximum water depth 1.38 m, tank capacity 4 486 m³, row of normal impounding level 184.03 m, e.g. row of the bottom of the tank 182.65 m, e.g. with rock flattening, excavation and grass sowing,
— Construction of the ‘Chełmy’ natural retention reservoir in the Zgierz forestry sector, plot 241 of Z-130 m. Zgierz, 326 d, f, reservoir area 0.44 ha, surface water mirror 0.41 ha, average water depth 1.50 m, maximum water depth 1.67 m, tank capacity 6 170 m³, rows of normal impound level 197.07 m e.g., rows of the bottom of the tank 195,40 – 195.50 m, e.g. with rock levelling, excavation and grass sowing,
— Construction of the ‘Rudunki’ natural retention reservoir in the Zgierz forestry sector, plot 8/3 of Z-132 m. Zgierz, 307 h, f, c, tank area 0.27 ha, water surface 0.20 ha, mean water depth 2.04 m, maximum water depth 2.48 m, tank capacity 4 028 m³, line of normal impound level 183.20 m, tank bottom row 180.72 m, e.g. with rock flattening, excavation and grass sowing.
In particular, the scope of the construction works which must be subject to investor supervision is described in the design documentation, the Technical Specification for the Implementation and Receipt of Construction Works, which are appendices to the Nin. SIWZs (Nos 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4). The estimated value (investor cost) of the above-mentioned works amounts to PLN 1479590,50.
