Description

The scope of the procurement shall include: the selection of three credit institutions within the meaning of the Credit Institutions Act to provide banking and financial services to National Electricity Company EAD in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), the Public Enterprises Act (ZPP) and the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act (ZPPZP), concerning credit exposure, risk management, accessibility and economic viability. The financial services to be procured by the credit institution for paper banking and other banking services are as follows: Opening, servicing and closing of current accounts in BGN and currency; Bank transfers in BGN; Bank transfers in foreign currency; Sending and receiving SWIFT messages; Verification of authenticity of bank documents and authorized signatures; Audit confirmation of account balances; Absorption of bank guarantees; Issuance of bank guarantees; Cash operations in BGN and currency; Issuance and servicing of corporate debit cards; Mass payments ; POS terminals; Purchase and sale of currency; Opening, servicing and closing of special / Escrow accounts; Optional services as described in Table No 1 of the Technical Specification, Other banking and financial services offered by the participant. The type, volume and technical characteristics of the service for each of the lots are in accordance with the Technical Specification, part of the procurement documents.
