The following lots are indicated: - Lot Scaffolding work BA 1 with 3700 sqm scaffolding position in sections, installation of floor and roof surfaces, construction of roof scaffolding, production of traffic openings, temporary catwalks, stair towers, etc. ; Provision of scaffolding etc. - Lot skylights BA 1 with workshop planning to be approved, temporary safety work, rainproof cover/weather protection, dismantling work 3000 sqm old skylights, various roof components, dismantling of vertical window bands; the disposal of the demolition materials is carried out by the client; Manufacture and professional assembly of saddle skylights on ships I to V 2750 sqm, manufacture and assembly of opaque (fire protection) and transparent window bands, RWA – installations 21 pieces. - Lot roof waterproofing BA 1 with trapezoidal sheet metal work, roof waterproofing and plumbing work, workshop planning, temporary security work, rainproof cover, dismantling work roof components and the old building envelope about 6,900 sqm (aluminium shaft, 4 cm insulation, multi-layer waterproofing wood formwork) of various roof components, disposal is carried out via the working group Manufacturing and professional construction of the new building envelope by means of trapezoidal sheet metal work, self-adhesive steam barrier as emergency waterproofing, PUR insulation, roof seal various plumbing work, gutters; Supply and installation of 1,020 sqm rope safety system.
