Caractéristiques techniques : Domaine : réhabilitation - construction - bâtiments ERP - activités scolaires, périscolaires ou similaire La présente consultation concerne l'exécution d'une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre en vue de la réalisation des travaux désignés ci-après : - travaux de gros oeuvre (structures, fondations, reprises en sous-oeuvre …) pour la création d'un plancher, et l'aménagement d'un internat qui se situera au R+1 des bâtiments existants occupés - travaux de second oeuvre (électricité, plomberie, chauffage, climatisation, cloison doublage, isolation, menuiserie extérieure, menuiserie intérieure, revêtements de sol, carrelage, peinture …) - travaux d'aménagement de la cour intérieure avec la création d'un escalier et d'un ascenseur, donnant accès à la zone de l'internat au R+1. - travaux de réhabilitation de l'ancien atelier nautique en restaurant scolaire - travaux de réhabilitation et de rénovation des laboratoires existants occupés (boucherie, boulangerie, pâtisserie, et économat)
