Description

Jyväskylä’s farm service puts out to tender a framework agreement for the repair and maintenance of pipework. The works include annual repair, restructuring, conversion and small-scale investment works. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. The work will be shared between suppliers in accordance with the terms of the framework contract. The initial duration of the framework agreement is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2028 and the option is also available for an option year from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028. The subscriber’s building base consists mainly of schools, kindergartens, libraries and administrative buildings. All in all, there are about 300 properties. The framework agreement includes the subject matter of the farm service in Jyväskylä, totalling approximately 300. The sites of the Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences are also targeted. The response time from order to start work can be between 1 day and 2 weeks.
