Description

The services to be awarded include the conclusion of a 4-year framework contract (04.2025 – 03.2029) for the disposal of regularly generated hazardous and non-hazardous waste by type of waste from the ERAM (Shaftanlage Bartensleben and Schachtanlage Marie) with certified specialist waste management companies in accordance with § 56 KrWG (hereinafter referred to as AN). For all hazardous waste, the electronic waste detection procedure (eANV) or a collective disposal certificate must be used. The various wastes are temporarily stored in containers, some of which are to be provided by the Contractor, until they are collected at the ERAM premises. The containers are emptied after retrieval and/or set cycle. The containers shall be made available by the Contractor in consultation with the Client. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts in two lots. Non-hazardous waste is included in Lot 1 and hazardous waste in Lot 2.
