Description

Der Freistaat Bayern plant auf dem Gelände "Am Tännig" im Süden Bambergs zwischen der Bahnlinie und
der B22 bzw. Berliner Ring einen Neubau für die Landespolizei Bamberg. Hierfür werden Planungsleistungen
2 / 8
(Grundleistungen und Besondere Leistungen) des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude gem. §§33-37 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2-4 in Honorarzone IV (Basishonorarsatz) vergeben. Die ca. 3.700 m2 Nutzfläche verteilen sich auf zwei Dienststellen der Polizeiinspektion Bamberg-Land und Verkehrspolizeiinspektion und ein Zentrum für polizeiliches Einsatztraining mit Raumschießanlage. Weiterhin ist ein Nebengebäude mit Polizeihof
für die Unterbringung der Dienstfahrzeuge erforderlich. KG 300 + 400: ca. 18,5 Mio. € brutto.

gesondertes Verfahren nach VgV geben
