Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób jego realizacji zawarty został w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 (Budynki, Tereny) do umowy oraz we wzorach Umów, stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na następujące części:
