Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of a category III medium rescue and firefighting vehicle (GBA) in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: a) meet all the characteristics set out in the tender specifications. b) be new and comply with the applicable standards. c) have a complete set of technical and operational documentation. The Contracting Authority declares that the funds it intends to allocate to finance the contract are public funds within the meaning of the Act of 17 August 2009 on public finances, the acquisition of which the Contracting Authority has requested. The Ordering Party also informs that it reserves the right to cancel the procedure on the basis of Article 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act in the event of failure to grant the Ordering Party funds for its implementation.
