MEDICINAL PROCESSING – according to the specifications, 251 lots, according to Annex B. The requested quantities covered by the purchase are found in the specifications attached in the section "Documents". ‘The Contracting Authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information within a maximum of 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of such a request’, in accordance with Law No 98/2016 and Government Emergency Order No 107/2017. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 10 (ten) days.
