The subject of the contract are health services consisting in the provision of comprehensive medical care for patients reporting to the Admissions Chamber of the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o. o. according to the provisions of these Regulations of the competition, the attached model contract and Annex No. 1 (forming the offer form) to the contract. “Health benefits” shall mean all activities aimed at preserving, rescuing, restoring or improving health and other medical activities resulting from the treatment process or separate provisions governing their implementation.
