Description

Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Le coordonnateur est: CHU de Bordeaux M.LE DIRECTEUR (Établissement Support du GHT Alliance Gironde). Il a en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre doit suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec un maximum en quantité pour l'ensemble des lots, à l'exception des lots 85 et 96 qui comportent un minimum et un maximum en quantité. Il est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
