Description

In order to ensure the follow-up use standard and to upgrade the properties in Sondershausen, the owner intends, as project promoter, to carry out the basic structural renovation of the ‘Petersenschacht’ building complex. In particular, this concerns existing damage to the building substrate (roof/facade), the ground lines, building foundation and renovation of the windows. As a further service, planning services for traffic safety of other buildings owned by LMBV are to be provided. This applies to the locations Elbingerode, Harzgerode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode and Wipperdorf. The scope of services according to HOAI 2021 applies to the performance diagrams: - §34 Buildings and interiors (Annex 10 point 10.1 HOAI) - §39 Outdoor installation (Annex 11 point 11.1 HOAI) - §43 Engineering structures (Annex 12 point 12.1 HOAI) - §47 Transport facilities (Annex 13 point 13.1 HOAI) - §51 Structural design (Annex 14 point 14.1 HOAI) - §55 Technical equipment (Annex 15 point 15.1 HOAI)
