Project management contract - Programme CADEREAU - Hydraulic installation of the cadereau d'Uzès under the law of the La Gazelle school group
This contract is part of a work operation relating to the hydraulic development of the cadereau d'Uzès under the law of the La Gazelle school group, an infrastructure project under new construction. This operation is part of the overall program of development of watercourses of the city of Nîmes called "CADEREAU program". It thus aims to ensure the overall hydraulic efficiency of the operational programme and to achieve the protection objectives set in a dual principle of upstream-downstream and urban-rural solidarity. As a reminder, the target protection objective is an event of type 8 September 2005 centered by watershed. The framework work to be created, which is the subject of this contract, must meet the following objectives: - Enable the transfer of flows from the Uzès cadereau by increasing the capacity of the structures to achieve, if possible, the protection objectives; - Collect surface storm runoff on the right-of-way and in the vicinity of the operation. The AVP/PRO/ACT/VISA/DET/OPC/AOR mission for this operation will cover a study area from the upstream of the crossing Sophoras / Ambroise Croizat to the Rue des Palmiers, to the downstream of the Rue du Jeu de Boules for hydraulic studies. The proportion of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is set out in Article 2.2 of the Commitment Act. This consultation is not allied because the contract is not the subject of separate services. The services will be remunerated by application of a global and flat-rate price.
