UPlaNS Tavannes – Bözingenfeld is located between U-Km 69.250 and U-Km 82.660 of the N16. This invitation to tender concerns only the section between the connection of La Heutte [19] and the connection of Biel-Nord [23], namely from U-Km 76.100 to U-Km 82.660 (L=~6.7 km). It is a 3rd class route in two separate sections with an upward route (TP2) and a downward route (TP3) between La Heutte and Biel-Nord. The project includes the rehabilitation without traffic of the upstream section of the N16 for the departments K, T/G, T/U. The main services are as follows: Zone K: · 5 bridges (D21, D11, D11B, D07, D25) · 2 cantilevers (D17, D09) · 3 underpasses for pedestrians (D24, D14A, D23) · 1 opencast tunnel (D11a) Repair of the civil engineering structures, significant widening of the bridge carriageway plate, hydrodemounting of the bridge strip, renewal of the curbs, extensive widening of the cantilevers, sealing, covering, drainage, rehabilitation of the carriageway plate and the transition plate, work on pillars, abutments, supports and joints as well as construction of a cyclist passerelle.
