Description

The German Centre for Aerospace e.V. (DLR) intends to rehabilitate the Geb 309 rocket test bench in Trauen. In order to implement the development of a competence centre in the context of ‘Responsive Space’ on the Trauen site, it is necessary to rehabilitate the experimental infrastructure on the quadripart and the surrounding area. Access control during trial periods to the experimental area is mandatory for security reasons. The Geb 309 building is to be modernised and renovated. The access including barriers must be renewed. The firewall must be increased and lightning protection needs to be adapted. The damaged forecourt must be renewed and the rainwater and dirt drainage must be adapted. The control room shall be redesigned and equipped with pressure ventilation. A test cell for solid rocket engines shall be redesigned. In addition, in order to carry out the test operation, a room is needed to house measurement technology close to test cells, a storage facility and a room for the test staff. Tests on solid fuel engines shall be carried out on the test bench. The Institute RY plans to conduct pressure tank trials and AS continues to conduct hybrid ract motor tests on the rocket test bench. In addition to the repair, a test cell for solid rocket motor tests needs to be modified. In addition, in order to carry out the test operation, a room is needed to house measurement technology close to test cells, a storage facility and a room for the test staff. In view of the timetable, these three rooms are to be constructed as container structures, for which appropriate foundations, access routes and supply lines must be constructed. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to provide the following services: Building and indoor spatial planning services, performance phases 2-8 in accordance with Sections 33 et seq. HOAI
