Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision and implementation by the Contractor for the Ministry of Justice of an IT solution covering the functionality of multi-level e-mail protection, protection of access to the Internet, a platform for analysis of malicious files, a module for the protection of network shares and a module for management with accompanying services. 2. As part of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor shall in particular: 2.1. delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of the System consisting of: a) multi-level e-mail protection module, b) module for protection of access to the Internet, c) module for analysis of malicious files, d) module for protection of network shares, e) module for management, in accordance with the technical specification described in Chapter II of Annex 2 to the FTZ - Description of the subject of the contract, 2.2. granting or ensuring the granting of any licenses required for the proper functioning of the System as a whole, as well as its individual elements for 2000 users, for a period of 36 months, 2.3. providing the equipment required for the proper functioning of the System, 2.4. providing the Ministry of Justice with a guarantee for the System provided under the Agreement, including the Hardware and Software Guarantee, for a period of 36 months from the signing of the System Implementation Acceptance Protocol and providing warranty services within the scope of the implemented System, within the remuneration resulting from the Agreement, 2.5. providing service services under the System Guarantee, including the Hardware and Software Guarantee and technical support for the environment. The service and technical support requirements are described in Chapter I of Annex 2 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract in points 5 and 6, 2.6. Execution of the Documentation detailed in Chapter II of Annex 2 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract in points 7, 2.7. Transfer to the Ministry of Justice of the proprietary copyrights to the Documentation drawn up by the Contractor under the Contract, 2.8. Transfer of knowledge. The requirements for knowledge transfer are described in Chapter III of Annex 2 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract in point 8. 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority in these proceedings does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities within the scope of the contract referred to in Article 95 sec. 1 of the PPL Act. 5. The meaning of the terms used in this FTZ is identical to the definitions adopted in the draft Essential Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 5 to the FTZ) and the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the FTZ).
