Procedure Procurement by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Assignment Within the Municipality of Breda, BHV and first aid have been set up and are specifically filled in from different locations. To this end, a number of people who are active in the various emergency response and first aid roles have been trained. There is also practice to get or retain employees at the desired skill level. Plots This contract is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a contract with a duration of 42 months starting on 1 July 2025. By mutual consent of the parties, the client has the right to extend this agreement in whole or in part 3 times by 12 months. Decisions regarding such extension(s) shall be made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance of the service provided. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value under this agreement is set at € 1,400,000 over the term of the agreement, including renewal options. No rights can be derived from the said amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client. Should the maximum contract value be exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will (previously) be terminated.
