Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a global public performance contract for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Lamartine School Group belonging to the City of La Motte Servolex. In this context, the City of La Motte Servolex has entrusted SPL OSER with a project management mandate for the realization of this project. The performance objectives of the operation are: - Achievement of the BBC level of renovation for nursery school; - Achieving BBC level renovation for elementary school; - A 40% reduction in final energy consumption for the entire site. The estimated cost of designing and carrying out the works, including the performance premium, is: 4 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax
