Description

The subject of the tender is the selection of a single entity, entrusted with the operational management of the Company ‘(name) SRL’, of which it will hold a share (the ‘Participation’) of 49 % of the share capital of EUR 125 000,00 (EUR centoventicinquemila/00).
Identification of the (principal) supply: activities covered by the Cat. 20 – support and subsidiary services for the transport sector (CPC No 74), Annex II B, Legislative Decree No 163/06, CPV: 63733000-6.
The ‘Procedure’ aims to compete on the basis of the technical, economic and financial capacities of the parties concerned for the selection of an industrial partner, a specialist operator with an appropriate structure, expertise and experience in the field of the management of aviation fuel services – i.e. the management of warehouses and fuel storage, the transport and refuelling of the aircraft (‘into plane’), as well as the direct sale of fuel – for the operation of the storage and storage of fuel on a single centralised facility at Trapani – Birgi airport.
In order to achieve these objectives, we intend to set up a newco, in the legal form of a limited liability company, owned by Airgest SpA, as the majority shareholder with a 51 % shareholding, and a Sobject, as a 49 % minority shareholder, which, by virtue of its structure, expertise and experience in the field of the management of aviation fuel services and technical capabilities, can lead to the management of the asset and related services, and to contribute to the development of the newco formation.
