Description

The contracting authority invites you to submit a competitive tender to establish cooperation in the implementation of the project
R & D for the development of waste incineration installations.
The cooperation will be carried out under the terms of a work, mandate or work contract for a period of time.
up to 24 months after the start of the project. The subject of the above work will be:
— Measurement and analysis of the operating parameters of the current installation and its environmental impact with a view to obtaining
guidelines for its modification,
— Design and construction of an innovative liquefaction system capable of obtaining heating oil in
the first process cycle,
— Development and implementation of a system for the preparation and delivery of the input into the reactor with minimisation
oxygen and water vapour concentrations in the reactor,
— Optimising the operation of the installation for reasons of process economy. Improvement of energy efficiency,
the safety and ergonomics of operation and the design of the complete installation.
