Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de services d'entretien courant et de réparations en fumisterie à réaliser au fur et à mesure des besoins sur le patrimoine immobilier, géré Paris Habitat. Les prestations sont réparti en deux lots géographiques. Le présent contrat est un accord cadre à bons de commande traitées à prix unitaires conformément aux articles R2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique.
pour chaque lot, les prestations s'exécuteront à la survenance des besoins dans les limites suivantes :
- Montant minimum annuel : sans
- Montant maximum annuel : 200 000,00 EUR HT
- Montant maximum sur la durée totale du marché : 800 000,00 EUR HT
chaque accord cadre prendra effet à compter du 1er janvier 2023 ou à compter de la date de notification si elle est postérieure et se terminera le 31 décembre 2024. Chaque accord-cadre est reconductible 2 fois 12 mois, sans pouvoir excéder le 31 décembre 2026
