The purpose of the procedure is to award a public service concession contract within the meaning of Article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) and L. 1121-1 of the Public Order Code relating to the operation of the public service of the district heating and cooling network of the City of Vitrolles, and a set of associated services vis-à-vis subscribers, users and the City of Vitrolles.
