The demolition, existing and new construction of the state vocational school I in Bayreuth extends over three construction phases. The scope of services of the floor coating award unit includes construction section BA1 and is divided into the three areas of floor coatings, surface coating staircases and cementitious industrial flooring. The title Floor coatings contains the sealing of the raw floor areas without screed structure. The title Surface Coating Stair Runs covers the works concerning a PU premium coating for the stair runways. The third and largest segmentation point of cementitious industrial flooring includes the work on the production of a self-moving cementitious wear layer for the workshop areas and corridors with increased qualitative and optical requirements. The works start after completion of the screed work and partly run parallel to the finishing work and the works of the technical building equipment.
