Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 7 new two-axle low-floor class trolleybuses intended for use in urban public passenger transport. Low-floor vehicle means a vehicle which meets the condition of low deck of 100 % of the passenger area, plus all other conditions and definitions in ECE Directive 107. The contracting authority requires that, on the date of delivery to the contracting authority, the tendered subject of the public contract must comply with all the legal conditions for operation on roads in general and also for urban public passenger transport in force in the Czech Republic. Trolleybuses supplied shall be identical (including all components). On the date of delivery, trolleybuses must be approved by the competent administrative authority on the basis of the legislation in force in the Czech Republic governing the conditions for the operation of a trolleybus bus on a trolleybus groove with a traction nominal voltage of 600 V DC.
