Description

Zadávací řízení je rozdělené na dvě části, kdy každá část zadávacího řízení je zadávána jako samostatné řízení pod samostatným systémovým číslem v NEN a pod samostatným formulářem ve Věstníku veřejných zakázek. Pro každou z částí bude uzavřená jedna rámcová dohoda v souladu s § 134 ZZVZ, kdy tato rámcová dohoda bude uzavřená s jedním dodavatelem. Systémové číslo v NEN pro část A: N006/24/V00036190 Systémové číslo v NEN pro část B: N006/24/V00036195 V části A jsou poptávané tři (3) kusy vrtulníků s transportním objemem alespoň 3 000 litrů vody. Tyto vrtulníky budou hrazeny z prostředků Evropské unie z programu „rescEU,“, přičemž požadavkem Evropské unie je, aby tyto vrtulníky byly pouze z novovýroby. Jedná se tedy výhradně o nové vrtulníky, kdy zadavatel nepřipouští vrtulníky modernizované (repasované). Primárním účelem použití vrtulníků je letecké hašení. Vrtulníky však musí být schopny víceúčelového nasazení, např. plnění úkolů SAR (vyhledávání a záchrana osob), záchrana s použitím jeřábu a slaňování, přeprava osob a nákladu uvnitř stroje i v podvěsu. Dále bude nedílnou součástí pořízení vrtulníků i výcvik personálu, náhradní díly a přeprava do ČR. Blíže je uvedeno v zadávací dokumentaci.
